Leadership is making the tough decisions - if all you are worried about is being popular and worrying about what people think then leadership is not for you. Leadership is about making the hard calls even if you are alone. Leadership is choosing right over popular.
Leadership is being transparent - being transparent is not a sign of weakness. People hate fake people and when what you are saying and how you are living so not match up, it makes people sick. Just because you are in leadership does not mean you are not a normal person.
Leadership is knowing when to rest - you are no good to anyone worn out or burnt out. Taking breaks and resting is okay. Sometimes we walked through seasons that take a lot out of us and we need to unplugged from what is going on around you and recharge.
Leadership is comfortable in front or behind the curtain - liking the spotlight does not make you a leader, it makes your selfish. A good leader is just a comfortable being behind the curtain as in front on it.
